This privacy policy applies to the Purrfect Brew Master app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by JANIAK SP Z O O collectively referred to as the “Application”. JANIAK SP Z O O is referred to as the “Service Provider”.

The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required, and the Application does not include user accounts or authorization.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data, such as an ephemeral IP address, may be transmitted only to facilitate network connectivity. This data is not retained, stored, or used for tracking by the Service Provider.
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.

Purrfect Brew Master is designed as a local, minimal brewing utility. The Service Provider does not build user profiles or retain personal data from normal app use.

Any local preferences, brewing settings, timers, history, or recipes that may exist inside the Application remain on your device and are not transmitted to the Service Provider.

You can remove locally stored app information by using in-app clear options where available, clearing the app storage on your device, or uninstalling the Application.
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it removes the Application from your device and stops any further local use.
If you contact the Service Provider directly by email or another external channel, the information you voluntarily provide may be used only to respond to your inquiry. You may request deletion of such correspondence by contacting support@janiak.it.com.
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them.
Because the Application does not collect personal data, the risk of personal data exposure from normal app use is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure, and the Service Provider uses reasonable safeguards for systems it controls.
